Boogie Bounce

A complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES!  Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

Clubbercise®

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life. We don't spend our life lying on the floor so my class consists of a warm up, standing exercises and floor exercises which are all designed with fitness in mind. There are options for each move including options for not going to the floor.

LBT stands for legs, bums and tums. LBT classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Each class is different, but they’re all designed to tone your legs, glutes, abs and core

Zumba®

Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!

 

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

 

You will need 1-3lbs dumbbells or Zumba® Toning Sticks.

STRONG Nation™

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. 

 

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

Zumba®

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

 

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

 

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
